What is an Attorney Practice Time Report?
Attorney Practice Time Reports are reports submitted by attorneys that reflect the amount of practice time in adult criminal defense, juvenile delinquency, and family protection representation for each county in which an attorney provided representation in appointed cases during the previous fiscal year. Attorneys are required to report these percentages annually by October 15th for the previous fiscal year or reporting period of October 1st to September 30th. Please be mindful that some counties may issue a penalty, including removal from the assigned counsel list, for failure to submit the required information.
